Eric Shin Posted May 20, 2010 Share Posted May 20, 2010 One of the bairns tried to get into my iphone and got me locked out , i get the message " conect to itunes " that doesnt seem to work , took it into a shop and they couldnt do anything either , they just said send it back to apple , has anyone had this problem , and is sending it back the only option. Jed The Jedi Posted May 20, 2010 Share Posted May 20, 2010 Could gine this a wee try mate. Put it into recovery mode and restore it. Unplug your phone from your computer. Turn the phone off by holding the home and sleep/wake buttons at the same time for about 5 seconds. Now press and hold the home button, plug the iPhone into the computer.
