There's a couple of opposition MPs with a pretty fine throwing arm; perhaps they should take up cricket. Another point... why do they have 2 umbrellas beside the speaker's chair? You might have thought so but if I were in charge of security of the speaker of the house and had reason to anticipate missiles being hurled at him, I'd have chosen something a little more sturdy as my 'first aid' option. Maybe a shield or something? Cracking image in the footage of the bloke in black who's got a 2 dozen tray of ammo.
