Stuart Lyon Posted June 17, 2010 Share Posted June 17, 2010 Starter - cod roe and asparagus in a light olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing on lightly toasted Italian bread Main - steak tartare and boiled potatoes with cream cheese and baby tomatoes Dessert - rhubarb and raspberry crumble on a meringue base with fresh double cream Cheese - just a bit of stilton and a very mature cheddar Like to keep it simple during the week.
