Gambo Posted January 24, 2010 Share Posted January 24, 2010 In the SPL this season there have been 35 games that finished with more than a 1 goal margin.............................we have been involved in none of those games. In the 21 SPL games that we have played neither ourselves or the opposition have managed more than 2 goals. Puting bets on a 3-0, 3-1, 4-0 ,2-0, 4-1, 4-2 etc is just lining the bookies pockets. Charlie-Brown Posted January 24, 2010 Share Posted January 24, 2010 Our tactics minimise the number of goals we will score and concede - games are reduced to a few key moments or chances, sometimes these go against us & sometimes for us, we play a percentages game that they will go for us more often than against us and last season & this season seems to be proving this way of playing will get us results more often than not however conceding late goals are just a hazard of the way we play - it's no surprise or accident our games are very close.
