N User
I think it's a good point. It's also the perfect time to say it- after a win.
Shaggy2
I want summer football (for youths at least). It's the ONLY way this country is going to produce better players. PS I agree about wind but how do you decide at noon that it's too windy for a 3pm k.o.?
jamtart22
its not as if this hasnt happened before, arbroath had a game called off for wind earlier on this year, i think the were still hurting from the new year humping from montrose though so maybe it was a convienient cancellation. may be we should supply refs with anemometers and postpone games with winds over certain speeds. davemclaren
We just need to get George Foulkes to go along if we want a match cancelled then.....only kidding.

John Findlay
Football has always been played in high winds. How you adapt to the conditions that count. Steve Frail wants to try playing a game on a pitch in San Carlos Bay where yesterday's wind would have been called a light breeze. On a pitch that made the old slope at Easter Road seem as smooth as the Balgreen bowling greens. John
dj-noisy
The only wind frail should be worried about is the stuff that comes out his arse!
