He said smith sat there all game untill around 80 mins when rangers tried to bring on a couple of subs. He says it was taking ages and smith was getting really angry. Martin Bain grabbed his arm to say something smith pulled away and got up from his seat, he dually appeared on the TOUCHLINE to shout abuse to get the subs on. Surley he must have passed the 4th official to get there and he has a duty to alert the ref who must include it in his match report. Not seen anything about this so he will get away with it.
