Mister Dee
This is why we need experienced players at the Club. Where would Robbo have been without the older pro's guiding him forward? Romanov has mad a huge mistake by not investing in some seasoned pro's.
Charlie-Brown
Michael Stewart & Ian Black should be able to lead our best youngsters also Wallace & Driver have a decent level of experience now even though they're both still quite young themselves - Eggert falls into that category also. HelloSunshine
What about Jesus Suso Santana? Slight problem in that it would be in his native Spanish tongue, and spoken with a lisp and the Spanish equivelant of a georgie accent. Still, better than nothing. Jason, just take him on every time pal.
eduardo.j
i think black would be a good choice for it also wallace and driver having come up from youth would be good maybe they should be paired up like a training buddy at work each one be given a youth to look after
Captain Canada
If Zal could keep the head long enough to get an extended run in the team then I think he's the ideal person to encourage the younger guys. Even though Berra played alongside Elvis, he was never vocal on the pitch until he was coached into doing it. I don't think Stewart should even be picked if everyone is fit and Zal seems like a straight talking and no nonsense kind of guy. As long as he isn't handing out fags to the young guys after training we'll be okay.
