yvonnejambo Posted August 12, 2009 Share Posted August 12, 2009 I tried to book tickets for myself and my son for the home game V Dinamo and all I could do was buy my seat and get a random seat for my son as I couldnt get to book his seat. So I just booked mine and asked him today to log in to get his. he couldnt log in as hes not got an account number and when he registered it just offers random seats (not letting him pick his seat). He tried phoning Hearts TO twice today but gave up waiting and has now emailed Hearts as the price goes up and might not be able to pick his own seat anyway after 9am tomorrow. Seems very hard system for season ticket holders to get tickets for own seat. Anyone had similar or a way it can work? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You need to use his ref number which would be on his ST to log in and book it and you need to go through the activate an account to do that. You obviously dont have the correct ref number for your son. Are you honestly saying it was difficult to buy yer own seat? In the end, i created a new account and when you log on there is a button to buy tickets for someone else. I entered my season ticket ref number and was able to buy my tickets that way. Just got through on Ticketmaster,only waited a few minutes,worth a try if you have not been fixed up yet.Be careful though as he quoted full price until i pointed out the discount price only expires tomorrow. I usually pick up tickets at the ground and presumed a closing date of the 13th would mean the end of the day and not the beginning.Will teach me not to leave things to the last minute. When I re activated mine I had to use an account number that I had from previous stuff. Then after that it was just using my ST number and surname. I would like to know if there is away that I could book both our seats for other non league games at the same time? Youneed to scoll down and click a link and it allows you to buy for someone else. The account number on your smart card is the reference number.
