For all those who have given Cigaro help and advice over the past 4 years, pointed him in the right direction and in general given him a few clues, I would just like to say thank you.

He has managed to get a 2:1 in what is now known at H-W as Engineering Design.

His next step is to find a job but in the mean time, well done son.

Hey, nice!

(Good to see a bit of public recognition from Dad too, my Dad never gave me enough love and praise, now I'm an emotional wreck. :) )

Well done Cigaro, good work!

Well done Cigaro. Remember that it's going to be hard work getting a job, so don't let it get you down if you don't land a dream role. Your degree was a long slog, getting your dream job may take 5 years or so too. Try to set out a 5 year plan to get yourself into the best job ever. Sounds like you have the skills to do it.

I never made any 5 yr plans and I can tell you accidental carreer paths suck.

Nice one, Cigaro. Good on ya.

Of course, it's the kind of performance we'd all expect from the son of a starship captain.

Nice one Cigaro, my son is about to start his second year at HW doing the same course. He has told me how hard it is, so well done. Especially as you spend half your time on Kickback and the other half working at Tesco.

There speaks the father of a new graduate.

Well done mate, surely a 2:1 deserves a year out at your old man's expense before you have to join the rat race? :10900:

I don't think he should sell himself short.

He should aim for the stars and apply for the trainee supervisor of the cheese and ham counter position.

The sky's the limit Cigaro, live the dream mate - well done.

The cheese and ham counter is a tough gig, it's notoriously difficult to get into. All about who you know I suppose.

Would be better off at the bit that sells fags and magazines with Moira and Agnes.
