Mr Sifter
So when there was interference from Vlad...........we wanted it to stop. We wanted a manager to be given sole responsibility. So now Frail has that responsibility.....and we want him to drop Elliott/Miko/Neilson/Goncalves (delete as appropriate). I thought we all wanted a manager to make his OWN mind up, without intereference from "others"? If the "others" is Vlad.........we dont like it. Yet if the "others" is US (the fans), we think absolutely nowt of it! So who do we want in charge? Vlad, Frail...........or us:p

What they dont appreciate is that SF has been working on specialised training witha defensive unit, the one that has not conceded a goal in 3 league games, the big test will be at perkhead. In my view SF needs some help short term, with specialised forward coach...hmm,and has not yet got the midfield operating correctly.

Its ironic People have been busting internal organs about our rotation "policy" We beat Aberdeen away from home, keep the same team for the Rangers semi... people are busting internal organs about the team selection Personally? I think Jose is a bombscare and that Wallace should be given a chance at LB. Am I busting internal organs? No At the end of the day our defence has conceded none in our last 3 league games, Berra has come back onto a game (probably mostly as a result of 1. the calmness of Karapidis, 2. consistency of selection of Karipidis) and Frail is entirely justified in keeping that defence together and working with them as a unit trying to make them better Frail is criminally understaffed for a guy given a hospital pass and has no coaching back up or assistance to speak of. inside right
And we still don't have a manager! Keep askimg this question - Why does Kickback need a manager?
CMc
Whilst I accept the OP's point I think the major diference is that the fans watch all the games and thus can make a better judgement than he can based on his fies and player ratings which in many cases seem out of date and do not change with performance. What is often forgotten is that he has btought a few good players in (Velicka, Chesny, Kingston, Fyssass, Janny (for the first season), Miko did well his first season, Zaliukas was doing well until this season, Gonclaves may turn into a very good player (IMO - look at hutton when he first came through)). there have been a lot of misses too but look at say Veron,Forlan,Kleberson, Djemba Djemba, etc. Obviously these last group were all good players and did well elsewhere but they didn't work out. It happens. I am all against Vlad picking the team, talking to the press, sacking our only good manager, going on celebrety dance competitions etc. Our new manager must be allowed to bring in all the players of his own that he needs but i don't see a problem with Vlad adding a couple as, long as half of them end up adding to the team. Frail is learning the job in puplic and should be given some sypathy for the unfortunate position he finds himself in.

Vlad, Frail...........or us:p (1) Vlads intereference was really damaging the club (2) If Vlad wants a something implicated within the team, it gets implicated in the team. (3) Kickbackers wanting this, that or the other, have no impact on the squad. they are merely pointing out who they would like to play, as every set of fans accross the world probably do, especialy if they do not agree with team selection. In reallity though! We can not influence team selection. Vlad Can! (4) frail is not a manager and is nowhere near experienced enough to be our manager. So yes, we do want a manager to do things his way, without interference. the key word being "Manager" not care-taker! (5) who do we want in charge Vlad/frail? neither is the answer to that!! Pointless thread tbh, as we/kickbackers can not possibly make changes to the squad, so we are not interfering which means Frails is either doing this with or without interference! Makween
Fans of every team ever have opinions on team selection. Why are you getting your knickers in a twist? Can you ever remember talking to a fan of any club who said something like : "I have no opinion on what our team should be, as it is the manager's choice and I have no right to question his judgement"? Do The Dance
If I owned a football team, I would find it extremely difficult to keep my oar out. I would want to be the fantasy manager, but also be able to blame a Manager if things were going wrong on the park. Who wouldn't?
