A few of us went down to watch Hearts v Blyth Spartans in July 1997. I'm sure it was a Wednesday night game and IIRC Flogel and Adam made their Hearts debuts that night. Pre-season games in the North of England or versus Raith etc were a much better fun day out than playing some Premiership team in meaningless games at Tynie.
