Craigieboy
I think we can all agree that the result at ER today simply buys Mixu more time. Effectively, it's a great result for us on so many levels. But hibs have been through as many managers as us recently & something tells me that the hibs board may be a bit more willing to give him a wee bit more time. A bit come & go. So, if hibs get the obligatory 'good result' now & again in the coming weeks it leads me to consider the final nail that will eventually clinch his sacking at the Giro. What would be the lead up to & then the final demise of everyones favourite fat Fin? Just what would be your dream scenario for hibs million'th managerial exit? . Tiberius Stinkfinger
I cannot understand why there is a clamouring for Mixu to get the sack. Surely he is fulfilling the potential of his team and matching the expectation of his employers. Some may even say that his team are overachieving. Mixu must stay. Drylaw Hearts
It's obvious, isn't it? It won't happen though. True story....... I've had the great honour of wearing the very boots that relegated them that day. My mate was a youth player at Utd at the time and cleaned Kjell's boots and at the end of the season he was given the boots to keep as a souvenier. During that summer I was asked to play in a match but I had no boots and gave this mate a call to ask if I could borrow a pair. He loaned me the very boots that Kjell Oloffson wore when he scored twice v Hibs to relegate them. I will cherish that 90 minutes at Peffermill until the day I die. Btw..... I was gutted when I had to hand them back.

Some may even say that his team are overachieving. Mixu must stay. I agree! Mixu will remain for at least the next 2 yrs hopefully! Despite several 1-0defeats from ourselves! But will eventually be forced out when we consign them to a 1-0 defeat which means they'll be relegated despite 5 games remaining, whilst being the same amount of games/weeks from oblivion and no hope. Munch
Ideally a long lingering slide into the first division, best if they continue there current form ( When did they actually last win a game) so going forward they loose 2 then scrap the odd draw, this form will drag them into the relegation mire, this Will put additional pressure on the fat Finn, he will react in the only way he knows (play more strikers)which will of course fail miserably. Once Fletcher is gone in the January window, and they bring in the fat Finns pal, rat boy will take the huff, Jones will also bail out like a rat leaving a sinking ship. Ebeneezer Petrie will refuse to splash the cash, they will get horsed out of the Big Cup in the 3rd round making it 108. Eventually when they are 5 points adrift at the foot of the table with 4 games to go, the fat Finn will be punted. In will come blobby Williamson, but all to no avail as they will be relegated with one game to go. The icing on the cake would be a repeat of 98 when they went down and we won the big cup now that would be sweet.

Nelly Terraces
JUst a quickie about the events on Saturday at Fester Rd, like the OP said, brilliant result all round: the hobos and the muttons cutting each others throats like that, Calderwood majorly unhappy with his team, his bleating dolly shagging supporters equally unhappy with him, and the hobos seriously unhappy wi Pingu and Rodent Pet-rie. That keeps the whale Finn in the job another few weeks as well, plus when they equalised at least half the ground of hobos had emptied so they missed the equaliser anyway. Everyone a winner there I think. Oh, and the boy on radio Scotland said the filth were playing with Giraffe Jones up front near the end, so total hoofball surely played by the lochend Wimbledon.
