There are so many of the gloom and doomers on here telling us for ages that Romanov has given up on Scotland and Hearts, UKIO Bankas too skint to proceed etc etc. Funny that! There have been 4 or 5 people floating about the UKIO Bankas building for donkeys now, and it is no further forward. Personally I read nothing into this job advertisement whatsoever, and would suggest that with the trouble established banks are in at the moment in the UK taking up a position with a small Lithuanian bank, who are in the lower end of the top 7 over there, trying to set up in Edinburgh is probably/definitely not the wisest of career moves for an established project manager.
