Luminar, the company who own Cav and previous owners of Picture House, sold it on the condition that for the first few years no club nights would be run that would compete with them at Cav. Last weekend Luminar took legal action against Picturehouse to stop them running the club nights at a weekend, the nights went ahead but with the dancefloor closed. Presume it has been the same this weekend. They are going to launch a revised line up of club nights next week, I reckon they will just be on weeknights though unless they can reach some sort of agreement with Luminar.
