Manager pickng the team and deciding tactics, appoints his own number two, identifies signing targets (not sure who identified Tullberg but Csaba seems keen on him). Just wondered if the signing of a scottish player from a scottish club will be the next piece of evidence that Vlad has finally seen some sense. Can only think of Mikey Stewart in last three seasons.
