The lower one was a kind of tribute to Max Mosely, not a catchphrase as such, more a warning against deviant sexual behaviour. If it was a catchphrase it would be something like "this is definitely NOT a nazi themed orgy, no way, no sir, I'd never do such a thing, Mein Fuhrer, Heil Hitler, sorry, sorry, that was just a German accent and in no way a Third Reich tribute, oops, I've got there now, thanks mein fraulein".
