belly
I am looking for some advice, my brother-in-law took his car to a garage to have his drive shaft repaired. He left the car in the care of the garage, who took it out for a test drive prior to changing the driveshaft (why I don't know?). So while out on the test drive the timing belt broke, and may have fecked the engine. The dilema is who is liable for the repairs? I mean why if they knew it was a drive shaft that required repairing they felt the need to take it out for a test drive??
