Looks like our Ugandan signing policy could be strangled at birth.

 

That said it seems like the French have made a decision out of self interest in support of the French Rugby Union, so it could still be open to legal challenge.

 

Not too sure about that. I cant recall any football player being signed as a Kolpak player and all non EU players are still subject to work permit are they not? Larry had to get a work permit and lets not forget the Jason Scotland saga.

we don't have a "ugandan signing policy".

 

this decision is not of relevance to us as I would think that none of our African players are here under this kind of rule. They will all be here after receiving UK workpermits etc.

I forgot to add that I think football is exempt from the Kolpak ruling as it has some special kind of dispensation from the EU. I could be wrong though.
