One league win in our last 16 games, including zero in our last 9 away games (last away win was at St Mirren on 6th April). It's looking grim. Hopefully things change starting tomorrow, as we have the top 3 in our next 3 games after that by which time we could be well and truly screwed. Samuel Camazzola
No side with Kevin Nisbet as an attacking option and Rubezic or MacKenzie in defence is winning the league.
michael_bolton
Aberdeen aren't going to win the league. They look close to guaranteeing top three already, but they will not be finishing first. They are massively out-performing their underlying numbers, and they've won almost all of their games by a single goal having had breaks along the way. That's fine and they're right to enjoy it, but it's not sustainable. They haven't battered anybody, and they don't even seem to have really played well in more than 2-3 games. It would be different if they were controlling games and winning 2-0 most weeks with comfortable performances. But that's not whay's going on here. They've been lucky to win a number of their games, Celtic should have stuffed them at Parkhead, and they are where they are on very fine margins and momentum. They've played three home Sunday games against Hearts, Killie, and St Mirren, who had all played in Europe on the Thursday night. We should really have beaten them anyway. Again, last midweek they played Rangers at home, when it was Rangers' third game in six days because of Europe. They've used the fixture list to build momentum and they have a lot of confidence, but that doesn't win you a league. Everything so far has fallen into their lap. They've made the most of it, and fair play for that. But they aren't going to go through the league season like this. They'll drop off and by May this discussion about whether they can win the league will feel a very long time ago. Whether they can be top two depends on Rangers, really. I'd be inclined to say they won't manage that either though. It's a long season. Edited November 2 by michael_bolton

No Idle Talk
If Aberdeen actually got themselves into a position to win the league, I'm not even sure I would want it to happen. If we won the league then I'd be fine with seeing them win it after that.
The Real Maroonblood
The Huns are struggling to make an impact. We are shite. Aberdeen are taking advantage of the situation. Not ideal for us but that's the reality of the situation. Some folk need to dry their eyes.
N Lincs Jambo
Well after the tupping Celtic gave them last night they have Dundee at the sheep pen followed by trips to St Mirren, Fester and Tynie. Let's see how much last night has knocked the stuffing out of them. Stating the obvious but 12 points keeps them right in it whereas 5 or less and it's pretty much game over assuming Celtic do what Celtic do.
