That’s not a real picture though.  Look at all the people in the crowd - their faces are used multiple times over.  Especially, the glaikit look in some of their eyes.

The same glaikit look that I would imagine Primark shoppers display.

Now that you mention that..

It's very disconcerting!

Surely you remember the 1970s, Morgan? Everyone looked the same as each other back then.

That said, on first look, my thought was that, allowing for perspective, the two 'wee' wifies must have been massive.

I've also spotted a few folk in the crowd: Cliff Richard is there; I saw Ross Noble somewhere near the middle; David Bowie is towards the right and just in from the left, 3 or 4 rows back, is Jonathan Gullis MP.

You can beat it...

I give you 1980s rugby:

Is the football one as old as 1970s? I thought that cages for supporters was an '80s thing.

Could be the 80’s now I look at it as I remember that Man Utd strip, it was his haircut that put me off the date.

I see Gullis & Noble.   Possibly Francis Rossi too.   After a few recounts, I reckon there's 9 non-white folk in the photo.  Obviously the 2 old dears are leaving in protest after noticing them too.  😵

Most striking is that lovely wee ornamental  white garden fence around the track.   Very thoughtful of the club.

It's not going to be Gullis and Noble IMO.

The picture originates from 2012 as far as I can find out.

Photoshop has improved in the intervening 12 years. So many of the heads in that photo are badly out of proportion. Unless, of course, I failed to notice in the 1980s that some people had heads that were nearly double the size of other peoples' head.

It's 100% photoshopped.  As far as I can tell, the picture appeared in 2012.  It's from 1971 / 1972 First Division - Tottenham Hotspur 2 Manchester United 0.

Why it's actually photoshopped?

🤷‍♂️

I also see Ben Affleck front left a few rows behind paul Mccartney

I dunno. I don't think she had ample natural protection from the cold😉

Probably some forced perspectic making the bear look bigger but, it shows how massive they are.

I had Christmas dinner with her in Portugal around 2000 it must've been. She lived near my then in-laws and was invited along with her chilli farmer Dutch hubby. I presume she had breast-fed her kids as she was no longer the buxom wench of yesteryear, however I was ordered in advance not to bring up her claim to fame by the MIL, who was not a lady to get on the wrong side of.
