Neither of them are good with the ball at their feet and they don't deliver anything creatively. Hof was a big miss today. Devlin at least showed dig and a willingness to run while Beni is now clearly a shadow of himself and rarely crosses half way. Devlin isn’t Paul Hartley but when many wanted to banish him he’s the only one that showed up today, of sorts, I’m not saying he was brilliant. I’d keep him and the Hoff will return. There are a few flashes of quality, like the break forward against Morton, but generally he just plays very simple passes to the player either side of him. He really struggles when under pressure and often gets brushed off the ball - dealing with those situations used to be a strength of his.
