The ice cream,I believe,was made in house using goats milk , believe me,it was the best ice cream I have ever tasted. Yes, scottish flavour ice cream exists. What do mexicans think Scotland tastes like? Vanilla, caramel, honeycomb and chocolate chips...apparently. What does mexico thinking Scotland inspires and deserves its own flavour tell us? That they believe in us more than we do. He did one flavour and that was it. Years later his family persuaded him to branch out into exotica like strawberry. Still the best ice cream I’ve ever tasted. Had the pistachio, which is one of my favourites anyway, and it was amazing. Mary's Milk Bar in the Grassmarket does a good gelato too.
