iantjambo
Golf. I’m genuinely stunned at how popular it is. Cricket. No explanations required. Formula One. Let’s be honest, it’s only interesting if there’s a big crash. Edited March 15 by iantjambo

tian447
Formula 1 - the only interesting bit is the first lap when everyone crashes, and the last lap when someone inevitably cocks something up. The other ~50 laps are useless filler. It needs something to give it that bit of magic in the boring part. Mario Kart style power ups would be good, or being allowed to sabotage other racers in some Wacky Races style escapades would massively improve the boring bits. My personal choice would be adding landmines to the track. American Football - 30 seconds of action followed by 15 minutes of adverts. It's annoying, because they should be very interesting sports. The timeouts and stoppages every time something happens need removed and the rules reshuffled a wee bit so that it makes them just ****ing get on with it though. See also "Basketball". Cricket is boring mainly because I didn't enjoy playing it, and it can be a bit of a drag. Baseball is like a slower version of it, with more adverts, so probably takes the 3rd spot. Quite enjoy watching the Golf (or at least having it on in the background), and Snooker is absolutely quality to watch if you enjoy playing it yourself. My own game has improved so much just by watching what the professionals are doing with their shots, and seeing what goes through their mind in matches as it all plays out. Cars going round and round bore me to tears though. It doesn't help that some of the drivers are thoroughly dislikeable too.
