Watford will continue to employ coaches who are nearing the end of their career and are happy to take the inevitable compensation, or those who can't get a post at a decent level elsewhere. We don't need to worry about Steven Naismith even considering a job like that at this stage in his career. The likes of Warnock on the other hand? The "20th different manager" thing is either just plain wrong, or is counting anyone who has been on the coaching or playing staff and has taken interim charge for a game while there hasn't been a manager in place. Edit: Don't get me wrong, it's still an utterly crazy turnover of managers, but they simply haven't sacked 20 of them in four years! I watch the football league highlights programme (ITV 4) every, week and Porto is regularly at fault for the goals Watford concede.
