Best thing is the different views. Worst thing is the lines drawn seem to be the same lines generally even though we all know its a shitshow. I don't take things on here too seriously : for all our collective knowledge we are all nothing more than the equivalent of a night down the pub (that's not to say there isn't some terrific people on here whose stuff I enjoy reading, even if it doesn't accord with my view of things). Contrary wise there are people on here who would be barred from any pub in an instant for their behaviour - but such is life - and these days I tend to ignore that clique and the threads they inhabit and the user experience is much improved as a result.
