Other lower pots, England and rest, top team get promoted. 3rd team in group play off against team who are 2nd in group from pot below for relegation/promotion/staying as you are. 4th team relegated to pot below (where possible) Top 4 Nations League winners who don't qualify for world cup automatically will get play off position. Several big Croats will retire after the Euro’s and we are a better team than Poland. Biggest thing is going to be securing a Pot 1 (12 teams) for the World Cup qualifiers and indications are this will be the 12 teams who finish 1st, 2nd or 3rd in Nations League A groups.
