kimura
Guys, I want to record a radio broadcast on the bbc iplayer and burn it to a disc...is there a bit of free software that is easy to use that will let me do this?
Jamie_the_Jambo
You need to get a couple of microphones and set them up in front of your speakers. You'll have to really quiet when recording aswell. If you have a budgie take it to another room. Record it onto a good quality chrome cassette for best results. Once recorded stick it in your walkman thingy and away you go. Rossco
You could try this: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ and follow the instructions here: http://labnol.blogspot.com/2007/01/how-to-record-save-bbc-radio-shows-as.html but I have heard that some people have problems with this. db2000
Try Replay Media Catcher, to capture MP3's and Flash Videos from the BBC iPlayer. Try here http://www.filestube.com For a copy.
Acey
My vote goes to Audacity. I've recorded audio off Youtube etc before, and it works perfectly.
