That is an incredible stat. I've obviously not checked if it's true or not, but dear god the Hibs are pish

Think he means the 10-2 win in 1893, but think it was a friendly.

16 = Total of Major Domestic honours won.

This is a dull one for me.

We should have more than that to show for near 150 years at the coal face. Worse when one considers 7 of those were won between 1954 and 1963.  Runners up a few times too during these 10 glorious years...

Still, I am hopeful we are on the cusp of true greatness again and a small haul, 3 perhaps, of trophies will arrive in the next 5 years.

I'll revisit this post in 2027 to see how well it ages. Regardless, we have plenty to look forward to.

my post wasn’t intended as a correction, I was just pointing out that we also pumped them in the league 👍

You’re correct on 10-2 being a friendly, think it was actually a fundraiser for Hibs🤣

And there was me concerned there would be tough gaps to fill from 27 to 1874

Great research, this information has to be added to the already well documented story of the enlisted Hearts.

7 of the names were read out at last years Haymarket service.

We are planning to put the 9 Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC) certificates in the Memorial Garden Room alongside the 11 aleady there (7 from WWI and 4 from WWII).
