Csaba: a positive step?

I have just watched his interview ( free on the hearts website ) and i think that he is a very good choice as a manager.

 

Points to pick up on in the interview:

 

They must give 200% in training- die in training - then must play football in the games.

 

It is not so important to buy, buy, buy but to develop the players that are here.

 

vladimir has not told me what players to play, i chose on how hard they work.

 

The past is the past. Let's look towards the future.

 

I want to stay here 6 years, and why not?

 

Is this a positieve step- i certainly think so!
