Jeremy Vine does much the same thing each morning about current affairs & celeb bollocks - a TV show on C5 discussing 2 or 3 topics of the day with a phone-in, then on Radio 2 an hour later to do exactly the same. I never got anywhere near that myself, more's the pity. I ended-up doing not too badly financially but also ended-up hating what I was doing and hating even more some of the people with whom I had to work. I would've swapped the big bucks, such as they were, for doing something I really enjoyed and being able to live tolerably well on what it brought in. How about you JJ? Now I think something that involves driving about in the countryside in a Land Rover would be brilliant. Not sure what that would be but as long as it didn't involve any strenuous physical labour I would be well in! checking electric cables or something easy. Im in! The prize money on offer for a flat jockey is a lot more and they ride the better horses. Jump racing is still better to watch though and nothing beats Cheltenham.
