A tight offside is like a foot or a knee off, his whole body is offside. Ridiculous decision.

Don’t forget the ‘benefit of the doubt’ that the OF get though. Got to keep them up the top together.
Folk wonder why we rarely come away with anything from Glasgow….

We need VAR to sort this cheating out.

You’re kidding yourself if you think VAR in Scotland would sort that out.

Well it is very tight, he’s almost in line with Ralston!

It’s close but in fairness to the linesman Gordon is a Hearts player therefore playing him on. Oh well another visit to Glasgow comes and goes.

Looking at the mow line in the grass it looks like he's a half yard closer to the goal than the ball to me.

Aye but its a Celtic line so most likely twisted

Sickening how that goal stood but it could easily have been a lot worse than 1-0 at half time

They've just blitzed us but having a non existent midfield has aided that

I get what we're trying to do with Ginnelly but absolutely madness to expect McKay or McEneff to hold up the ball which they are practically doing, crying out for Boyce Gnando or even Haring

All things considered, being 1 down at the break isn't that bad an outcome as we still have a chance of getting something out of this. We need Boyce on though, preferably for Woodburn.

We have been the same as Celtic's goal. Miles off.

Woodburn the worst of the lot for my money, but the midfield as a whole have been pretty anonymous.

Devlin has put himself about but the other others I don't know wtf they have been doing

This is what having a go at Celtic Park looks like. We have looked anything but sharp but we're only a goal that should have been disallowed behind.

Plenty to play for. Frankly Celtic look relieved to get off with a 1 goal lead.

That offside is blatantly obvious, he's never onside. They are the ones any park ref will spot quite easily. Poor linesman must have been distracted somehow.

It's a joke mate. Benefit of the doubt  unbelievable stuff from Walker.

How that twat of a linesman can’t see that is off is beyond me or any right thing football person.

Same linesman that missed Julien’s 2 yards offside winner against the Currants in the League Cup Final 2 years ago.
former pupil of John Ogilvies RC high school in Hamilton where basically every single pupil is a Celtic fan

Strange how it's only two teams who get this "benefit of the doubt" rule. 😑

Walker said four times “Celtic got the benefit of the doubt”

Thats code for “I think it was offside”

😏

Annoying thing is the goal came after we'd weathered the storm and they were looking clueless.

I stand by it...they are not that great.

Containing them pretty well. We just can't find Ginelly when we get the ball back.

Shame about the disgusting offside decision.

At 1-0, we are not out of it, but we need to get ourselves into game.

I'd swap Ginelly and Woodburn around.

So Woodburn can look disinterested and inneffective in a slightly different area of the park?

Not out if this aslong as it’s 1.

Celtic have passed us of the park first half to honest.
Far too much time on the ball.

Just another typical Hearts performance at Parkhead tbh.

The change to a back 4 has left us being very stretched and that system just doesn’t suit our players.

The Mercer Takeover

Need changes at half time.

McEneff and Woodburn are passengers here and need replaced. Would like to see Boyce and Cochrane on.

We have had a go first half, although Celtic have been pretty good. We can still win this though

I agree. They really aren’t.

However they are well drilled and are moving the ball around quickly.

They also have bent officials on their side.

Kinda makes it difficult.

Mcineff is more effective than woodburn

Showing how good he is here under difficult circumstances. Certainly not overawed by the occasion and going box to box. He definitely needs to get more game time in the side.

People are being too harsh on the team. What do you expect? Apart from the shot off the post and the offside goal they haven't actually had great chances. Our centre halves have been great with Haring and Devlin putting in a power of work.

In these games we normally get a period of dominance in  the second half. Hopefully we can keep it tight for the first 15 minutes.

Appalling decision but sadly it is to be expected in Glasgow.

I think we’ve been pretty controlled, but have created zilch. Sometimes we try to launch Ginnelly when we should be holding onto it. Blatantly offside goal mind.

On the plus side, Neilson has switched it up in previous games and had some joy. Hopefully he sees what is going wrong and does something about it.

It's still tight and Celtic have been playing at 100 mph. One can only hope
