Buddy, i watched it,hes a talented speaker, reasonably intelligent. What he does is take things we can relate to and puts it into his theory.

He could be right, who knows. But my theory would be that a manufactured solution would be to encourage business enterprise in this sector and so improve the economy while treating something that may not be that existent.
