Looking at the squad, does anyone think we need a big target man as back up, or an alternative to Boyce?  I don't think it's essential if things go well but we could be pretty light up there in the quite likely event that Naisy and Boyce are out at the same time.  A Zeefuik type to bully the shan championship defenders.

I'd have thought that that's where Ikpeazu would've been useful this season. That's why I was a bit surprised when he left. A lower level could've been the making of him. Oh well, we move on.

Let that sink in. A winger beats a man, crosses...and we score.

Its a totally revolutionary, out there concept.

But what the hell, lets go for it!!

Think there will be a big target man still to come in tbh

Wighton's shaved his head into the wood.

Looks like 12 Monkeys. 😄

Learning from Boyce already, good sign.

Will be hard to tell which one's Naisy, Boyce or Wighton now :o

Glad to see Wighton getting a decent run out. I think he’ll do a job for us on a rotational basis this season, Robbie obviously sees something in him. Hopefully with a good preseason, a fresh haircut and a new gaffer he comes good.

Someone on twitter speculating it might be Andy Halliday. I highly doubt it.

The longer he goes club less, the more I’m convinced he’s gonna end up with us. I’d love him. Not the most technical of players but would certainly drag a few up a few levels with his work rate and intensity.

I think he would be a fantastic signing as well mate. Don’t think he is too bad on the ball as well tbh, bit more to his game than just running and attitude.

I have got big hopes for Connor smith this season. I think he’s the best of all our youngsters on the fringes.

Could also cover left back as well.
