Jambof3tornado Posted July 3, 2008 Share Posted July 3, 2008 The manager should be allowed to manage,Vlad and his scouts will find decent players to bring in,no need for the manager to have too much say on that side of things other than to tell Vlad," ok I need 2 strikers better than we have and a left back etc etc",Vlad goes and finds a few and he and the manager sit down and decide who gets bought.
