Didn't even come close to suggesting that

No I was referring to numbers . Think DS himself said our squad was too big .

'Scattergun'

Meaning - an approach that is not targeted

Again , I was referring to numbers .

Pretty sure a stated objective was to reduce numbers . Don't think that is happening .

I also think , certainly Irving , some other young ones can play their part

Good deal for Hibs there imo.

Losing an attacker and gaining a CM who is more inclined to sit than get forward, not sure that'll help them to be honest.

He is a decent player though.

Berra would be a great signing for killie as he won’t be getting asked to defend on the half way line. No matter what you say Berra is one of the best in the league defending on his box. Headers, clearances. Just can’t do what Stendel is asking.

Agreed everybody thinking he is finished is being disrespectful.Teams that sit deep he will still do a good job for them.

Docherty is far too good a player for them

I am sure he will be extremely motivated at Fester...

Utterly bizarre stuff.

That essentially leaves Hibs with Boyle and Doidge as their only two forwards.

McNulty will be a Hibs player come end of the day...

Maybe they have a copy of Craig Leveins "I do it my way" book of footballing tactics. 1 up top & 1 on the bench!

Mon @Bongo 1874  whats happening man?

McNulty is certain to sign for them.

It leaves them better off I think.

I've never got the love in with Greg Docherty. Decent player...nothing more.

Hallberg, Omeonga, Docherty, Allan, Mallan, Newell...can't play them all.

I would agree... far better option than Kambieri ...

I was just going to say that, unless Stoke are desperate, but if they were they could’ve signed Boyce or Lafferty surely.

Definitely.

Come the end of last season Hibs fans couldn't care if he signed for them permanent or if he stayed in England.

Aye, started well and faded noticeably. Hopefully has a poor start and continues to fade this time round.

Do we know what number Langer will wear? Usually wears 14, but Naismith has it. Wore 45 briefly when called up to Schalke's main team.

Suspect Thiam (if he signs) could take 11? Halkett has 26.

If there's a fight for it ma monies oan Langer😂😂

Lord Beni of Gorgie

Wouldn't have to move home to play for Rotherham, successful in that league, gunning for promotion. Plenty for him to like in that deal

Agreed. His best performances over the last 12 months have tended to be when we've had our backs to the wall and the primary objective is to 'get rid'.

Still feel sorry for Berra. Was the best centre back in the league pre-injury.

In bonaly / balerno or somewhere like that?

Went to school in Balerno and don’t think he stays there now. He stayed in Bonaly a couple of years ago. However I saw him in Juniper green chippy not long ago. So somewhere around there I imagine
