I’m looking to copy a message to everyone I have e mailed in the last 12 months, NOT my address list though. I still have a few hundred e mails in my “sent” box but, it will take forever to send them all the same message one by one, anyone itk? frankblack Posted December 27, 2019 Share Posted December 27, 2019 I'm assuming this is a one-off request with a request list that isn't too bulky. I'm also assuming you have Outlook. You would need to do some scripting to get the distinct email addresses from your Sent items into a distribution list. https://www.lifewire.com/send-message-to-distribution-list-outlook-1173705 It's also important to use BCC so recipients don't see each.
