Ryan Gosling
Has he now simply decided that the time has come for the youth players to step up, whether they like it or not? Nade and Elliot will leave when a manager's appointed, that's pretty much a given. The other forward, the South American one is gone, leaving us with Glen, Mole, Kostadinov, Templeton and Robinson, as well as the ones who haven't been involved in reserves/first team much. Berra will probably be sold, as will Kingston and maybe Driver... Or is he going to invest heavily in the team?
MMHearts
Dear Peanut. I have no idea what Vlad's plans are. Worryingly I have now come to the conclusion neither does he. Broken promises, knee jerk reactions, illogical choices over Managers, certain players being frozen out despite having 18 months left on a contract- literally paying players not to play, paying a fee to own Pinilla outright then freeing him 2 months later the list goes on and on. The only promise he hasn't broken so far is in keeping us at Tynecastle. Thats it. Players signing, the debt situation, the new stand, the youth policy (or not as the case may be) the list goes on and on. One very good team dismantled piece by piece replaced by another team (at a cost of ?12m wages per year) that couldn't kick its own arse if it tried. What is the way forward? I don't know and neither does he.

H.A.N.S
Vlad doesn't realise that his crop of Kaunas and Ripo youngsters would get whalloped off our young Scottish lads their age.
We_are_the_Hearts
McGowan and Rapnik will start the season at this rate. They would do well to get their agent to seek them other clubs. With our set up there is only one way their career will go...................................football players, especially young ones need good man management and coaching. They should be developing their agility, sharpness, technique and positional awareness about now, the way they do at Arsenal. Never mind, Big Eddie will have them doing star jumps over in Germany soon.....................
el_jambo74
The plan I think is fly by the seat of his pants. Thats about as far as it goes. Exactly!!! On the first point though, these youngsters are not ready for the first team. Possibly one or two could make the bench, but to throw them in would be suicide. A relegation battles does nothing for the confidence of a youngster.
