The person we should have got rid of was the person who signed all the players and decided that signing would be made on the back of watching videos rather than watching players actually play. The only problem there is it is all down to the one person. It has been a total waste of the best part of 5 years, a shocking legacy for anyone to have. Should have happened well earlier. Would we have got beaten so easily in the semi, and had such gutless recent performances if he was still here? Levein wasn't a terrible manager, he managed the National team. Had Macphee not been his deputy would he have been a success? Macphee does look like the recurring theme of failure. Austin for me is a far better coach and tactician than Levein, that last 10 minute he made good subs and good tactical changes and he got his reward, with Levein you'd have got 4 strikers and no plan other than hoof it. Plus I saw him on the touchline and the players listened, I don't believe they listened to Levein. Now I'm not saying he's the answer but that's a positive. Plus I saw some good play tonight, he has unconfident players thats obvious, but we are at times seeing nice play.
