Would prefer whelan mainly because this guy is unknown to me. 

Rather than seethe about him, is their anybody that genuinely rates this guy? 

Morrison and whelan seem abit better quality, he has also barely made an appearance in 3 years. 

 

I vaguely remember seeing him during Cardiff’s promotion season and he didn’t look all that bad but never seen enough to make a proper judgment.

A season-long loan has been proposed for Damour, the 28-year-old Frenchman who is surplus to requirements at Cardiff. The English Championship side are happy to let him leave if he can agree terms with Hearts.

Any loan still has terms between Hearts and the player.

 

Attending training, what he is expected to do to look after himself in his free time, activities with community, accommodation costs etc.

The Lad doesn't seem to be an AM. Played 21 mins in EPL 2 sub appearances. Played 90 mins EPL 1 Start. Not looked at any games  he's played outside First team.
