Roseburn has now become a shambles especially going west. What was for that cycle lane? £24 million? Arseholes the lot of them.

Ferry Road near the tabernacle church is like the surface of the moon and has been since the new year.

 

Council have given up repairing roads to concentrate on cycle lanes.  Complete bunch of wankers to a man.

I need a new car soon. I know big heavy 4x4s are only making the roads worse, but a heavy 4x4 is about the only car that can handle Edinburgh's rutted roads.

Watching me from the pavement I probably look like Ive been drinking, as I'mm all over teh place trying to avoid the holes and ruts, everywhere!

The ironic thing is that these cannot get cleaned or cleared of debris be it leaves, rubbish, or snow because vehicles can't get in there!

Thats not irony Frank and yes they do get cleaned, cleared of snow and debris and even leaves and rubbish.

 

The wee things that clear pavements also clear the cycle paths / lanes.

I've never seen them clean them and they get pretty manky after autumn.

I've never seen those being used on anything bar pavements and I doubt they are narrow enough to avoid the bollards.  The bigger trucks used to clear the gutters on the roads.  I think you made that up.
