You have posted our results against a whole bunch of part timers and bottom 6 teams with one stand out result v Celtic (which I clearly stated).  Not sure what I am supposed to be observing.  The huge one goal scrape win v Cove?

Ah well, I tried.

If you don't think away wins against Motherwell and Kilmarnock, and beating Celtic at Home and two 4-1 wins against bottom six teams  are raising our game (compared to last season for example) then I'm not going to persuade you

We raise our game v Hibs and Celtic and that is it.

We’ve beaten every team in Scotland, that we’ve played, at least once this season with the exception of Rangers.

That's not applicable during rag week.

There is no cash gate - Club's previous tweet was a mistake, don;t get on that train!

What a joke. I live in West Coast and work in Glasgow, so can't get to ticket office for a ticket so cash gate was ideal for me. Finish work, have a pint then head to ground. Raging now.

I would not fancy Levein and his losers to beat their chest let alone another team. We are honking, managed by a loser surrounded by dafties.

Much better and more in line with your usual standard. 8/10 ??

I'm the same as you, me & my dad were gonna pop along to Firhill tonight, only 20 mins away.

Stupid decision to have no cash gate.

Will need to have my scarf o  watching the tv

I’d actually forgotten we’ve already been humped by PT this season.

Same here.  They usually do open a cash gate shortly before kickoff but they don't advertise it to avoid large numbers travelling without a ticket. I dont have a ticket but will be going tonight (in the home end if need be). Failing that, you get a good view from the canal!

Season lasts longer than 8 or 9

matches.

Test of a team is always consistency. Some teams can achieve a set of results with momentum but the test is still grinding out wins when form dips a little, you get injuries or suspensions and still fight to cope with them.

We don't have the squad size,

and neither do Killie, nor Aberdeen.

Hence them fading too.

In many seasons a challenge can be sustained until turn of the year.

Then the OF resources stretch them ahead

Was chuffed to bits watching the wee man sprinting onto the pitch at the winner yesterday.

Well maybe not quite sprinting.

Absolutely love that man. A true legend.

My second favourite Hearts player ever.

Robbo

Rudi

But, I’d sleep with them all, in no particular order.

Can you not just buy a cash ticket in the Jags end and then ask the stewards to walk you round to the Hearts section once you show them your scarf??  Done this several times before in these circumstances

For anyone complaining about the lack of cash gate. Can you not buy online and print at home ?

No, as the tickets are all pre printed Partick Thistle ones.

Bottom of the championship.

Absolutely no excuses tonight. If we aren't included in the draw at 9.15, then the whole lot of them should be ashamed of themselves.

Wouldn't disagree. I am pretty disappointed we couldn't find that early season form again (and had great hopes for Vanacek) . I would say the point where Naismith and the Centre backs and uche were all out you wouldn't expect us to win much, but we should be firing again now.

However the post was in response to I8 saying "we raise our game against Celtic and Hibs and that's it"

Ironically in previous seasons Celtic and Hibs were teams we failed to raise our game against and there was much moaning and bitching...

I know Doc, but I’m not strictly talking about challenging.

The push to finish top 3 hasn’t started(will it?).  We can’t talk of resources being stretched in recent weeks when it’s come to dropped points , esp at Tynie.

Everyone is more or less back, certainly what we’d call key players.
