Sticking to the facts, have Rangers ever come second in the league? Their best finish was 3rd last year. The undeniable truth, in the context of the rules in which our game is played, is that Rangers Football Club died in 2012. This isn't a technicality or something subjective, they went into liquidation and ceased trading. If this point can't be acknowledged, then every club should just rack up massive debt and then re-form. What was the point in Hearts fans stepping up to save our club? There's the difference, we saved our club, Rangers died and with it, the back catalogue of titles, honours etc disappeared down the Suwannee! Just because an element don't like the truth, or the appetite to have the same conversation between the same protagonists reduces: the fact remains, Rangers went to the wall and died.
