Urgency

The tempo increased a lot once we fell behind. You have to ask, what are the players doing prior to going behind? Are they giving their all?

There's obviously a problem with motivation and desire amongst the players, generally, if it takes to fall behind to see any reaction. Must be frustrating to watch as coaches and fans.

I agree.

There was a significant change in Djoum in particular from first to 2nd half.

We have no staying power. We had the customary opening 10 minutes of looking busy and probing but we gradually fell asleep.

Nothing comes from the sidelines or from anyone on the park who can sense the application needs to increase or sense when it's dropping.

A sign of weak mentality.

The Hearts management team seem to be the only people in Scottish football who cannot see that the current team is the slowest and least hard working in the league. Now that might be fine if the team was full of top class ball players but sadly this is not the case. Put in a good shift against Hearts and you are likely to come away with something. Inject some pace and play a bit of football and you are usually home and dry.

It did but I think we lack the quality when it counts. So many gifted chances today

Notorious BIG

Ive been noticing for weeks theres a crucial lack of flair in our team, especially going forward, our build up play is so rigid, from djoum, tzolis and cowie to anyone of our front three. Our play in the attacking third lacks creativity and idea

We looked much better when we upped the pace but we didnt keep it up. Enough chances to win 2 games.

Sums it up perfectly

We only upped the pace when we were behind though, can't believe that scraping a draw at home to a 10 man partick thistle is seen by some as acceptable

Only Cowie has urgency in midfield/ attack: He's buzzing about trying to create whilst the rest of the attackers slowly shift around.
