It's not bad, not outstanding either.

Better than singing nothing certainly, which is what we specialise in recently.

Yeah, I'm past bothering about whether I like it or not. It's there and it's sung. I'm not really against it, I just think it's a bit pish compared to some of the older ones.

I like Hullo, Hullo, We are the Gorgie Boys, too. It'll never make a welcome return though, because as stated above, a small minority will always sing the words that get us in the shit. That's a shame imo.

I'm all for any group that want to make a bit noise at Tynecastle.

The first thing they need to do is identify an area to congregate and then just go for it. The political stuff will get them and the club in to bother so they need to realise that but apart from that they should ignore the moaners who don't like their sleepy afternoons disturbed and make as much noise as they want.

Heart of Midlothian belong to the young as much as the crusty old sweetly rustlers.

Bring Back Paulo Sergio

No, my defence would be that I think it's a song that is in a style which active football support has embraced all across the world, where we are somewhat behind the times. It's a stepping stone if you like, to a different type of some, more melodic, that last for longer. Some of our support is very backward and outdated in this respect.

The style of support in describing is the polar opposite of the type of support that would endorse Red Bull. Could not be more different.

Singing a generic song is the definition of a manufacturered football club. We're much more than that. We do ourselves a disservice by using that song

Who cares what fans of other clubs do or think, remove the stick and get into it. Times change and so do songs

Bazzas right boot

We don't even sing the Hearts song that much now.

I prefer the 86' Hearts song, even before a ball was kicked the ground was buzzing.

Small thing but imo, makes a wee difference to the crowd, pumped up or if the traditional version is played, you feel more pleased and proud rather than getting the battle fever on!

They would certainly say that.

"Against Modern Football" etc etc.

Meanwhile they're all wee clones who sing exactly the same songs.

Then again I'm old.

Really? I genuinely can't comprehend how any Hearts couldn't like The European Song. It's one to be proud of.

It's not disliking it so much as getting bored of it being sung every five minutes.

A few years ago we sang about two different songs for the last three months of the season.

We should all be singing these PHM  anthems below  regardless of were we are sitting.

"if you hate the fecking Hibees , hate the fecking Hibees , hate the fecking Hibees , clap yer hands".

"It should have been ten, it should have been ten, you lucky b*******, it should have been ten"

"We"ve been to Aberdeen, we hate the Hibs they make us spew up, so make some noise..." :booze:

"Shoes off if you hate Hibees, shoes off if you hate Hibees.."   :spongebob3:

We need a formal gathering of the "fist of Gorgie" :devil2:  or a a least a new manifestation of it in the form of a singing section that has zero tolerance :nuke: for away fans getting the upper hand in the singing stakes at Tynie regardless of the teams performance.

FTH.    :flag2:  :flag1:
