IF .... the most important word right now

If we appoint a manager with control

 

If the players can be convinced that he is in charge of selection

 

If that manager is able to communicate with the players

 

If that manager is indeed a 'good manager'

 

If that manager appoints an assistant able to work with him and the players

 

If he can sign a few good players and is given finance to do so

 

 

and finally IF Vlad can trust that mangerial team to make the decisions for the good of the team and club ......................

then we might have a chance at a half decent season .. otherwise !!!!

 

PS what about Weiss and Butcher -- not my dream team but perhaps could cover all the angles we require right now -- able to communicate with Vlad but also able to communicate with players via TB.
