Juanma is like Diego Costa but hard working without being a total arsehole. Reilly works really hard for the team and while not yet hitting the goals looks like he will do well for us in a Kenny Miller type role. I just don't see us needing another striker. Right place right time to just stick it in from a yard. He's done it plenty of times before as well. If you deploy him as a striker and not out wide he gives you that poachers instinct in the box but also brings loads of other attributes as well. Reilly hasn't, apart from working hard, shown a helluva lot of promise in terms of goal scoring and Oliver's not at that level. El Hass sounds very injury prone too.
