Out of the six he named, the HEARTS SUPPORTERS would be mildly happy with two of them, perhaps 3, and seriously ****ed off, to one degree or another, with the other 3. To be honest most of the other mentioned is turning the clock back. Davies seems the best option now, although I wouldn't rule out a manager from the English Championship. I doubt if he would take it, probably wants to achieve more at Burnley, but I've heard Alan Pardew's name mentioned, and I would certainly consider Paul Sturrock and Dave Jones. I wouldn't even be surprised if we considered someone like Archie Knox as a short term appointment, he and Richard Gough did a good job at Livvy.
