Obviously don't have the sprinkler system or big heater things like park head does, so a lot of work must go into keeping the pitch so good all year round. As Community Manager, Alan is responsible for all community coaching and football development, along with about 25 other programmes such as the sports injury centre, Jambos Kickback Halftime Heroes, the Hearts Legends team, and the stadium tour. With the limited funds we have available, Jambos Kickback helps the Club as well as local charities. Since December the members of JKB have donated ?2,705 to nine different Scottish charities.
