I have no doubt that the reputation we have as a Club with VR at the helm has been the major factor in us losing out to McGhee. This bad reputation is VR's fault. Unless Vlad and Co get it through there heads that nobody with any sort of a reputation is going to come to Hearts unless they are given free reign to pick the team.
