It would be brilliant if they all went. The previous efforts have not worked!

JamboAl
It would be , but does Romanov have the bawz to do it ? I think the answer is "No". He will always need a buffer between Lithuania and Tynecastle and, meantime at least, that will be Korochba. We need to work around that.

jamboBG
If Frail is going , what about Anatoly and Alexi They were all part of the selection commitee , will they go also ? Answer is simple - one from this tree is not Director...
Buffalo Bill
I think Romanov will keep some of his men near the training ground. I suspect it will be part of the deal. As long as the manager gets to manage and pick the team then I don't mind, though I'd prefer if they'd just go. Buffalo Bill .
Gigolo-Aunt
I dont ever think there will be a time in Romanovs era at Hearts when he does not have one of his eyes and ears close to the training ground. New manager or not, its something we will just have to accept. AK from what little I have read about him seems a decent enough bloke (although Im not 100% sure what he actually does). Think he is better in the background than "Mad Eddie", who seems to cause friction just by putting on a pair of football socks. Whoever the new manager is will have to understand that this is the way its going to be - thats not to say that the new manager will find his position comprimised. A strong relationship between the new manager and AK will make things easier when dealing with Romanov.
Serge
Answer is simple - one from this tree is not Director... So... Koslovski is the problem? I see that he isn't listed as part of the coaching staff on the website. So what job does he do? The 25-year-old described sporting director Alex Koslovski as "strange".Brellier on AK
